DrillFitTM: The Wood Chopper Exercise Variation with Rifle

This exercise works on your core muscles and shoulders.

Count 1: Begin with the rifle in either hand held over the head in a wide stance.

Count 2: Bring the rifle down and to the left/right without bending the arm or the back:

Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds each side as an addition to your regular workout.
